It handles many languages, unlimited currencies, unlimited securities and profiles. It gives a perfect view of the annual return for an investment, taking into account the actual cash flow. Therefore, gearing, interest only, principal and interest, selling costs, regular repayments will be considered properly.
Transaction types are unlimited, which means even plumber costs for an investment property will be considered.
