AY Mail 2.2 Description

AY Mail is designed to send professional looking messages to all your contacts, monitor results and build relationships. To create your mailing list you can paste your recipients or import them from a wide variety of sources, such as Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, other mail programs, files, databases etc. When you import your recipients, the data fields are preserved and can be used for filtering and mail merge. You can create your own data fields and store not only text, but also dates, currencies etc. To keep your mailing list clean, use built-in address verification tool, which detects up to 90% of bad addresses. You can grow your mailing list with automatic generation and processing of subscription forms and validate legitimacy of your subscribers with automatic letters. - Create highly personalized messages in plain text or HTML format. You can write them in any language or even send multilingual messages, AY Mail will choose the correct encoding for you. - You can use your Internet Service Provider SMTP server, or bypass it and send directly from your computer using up to 16 independent connections. If you stop your mailing, AY Mail will remember the delivery status for each recipient, and you can safely resume it later. With detailed reports for all your mailings, you can easily resend any of your old messages to new or failed recipients. - You can set up AY Mail to process bounces automatically, and it will mark all the failed addresses in your list. You can detect message openings and clicks through the links in your messages with a special HTML code, and you can use this information to send precisely targeted follow-up messages. - AY Mail comes in 3 different editions to match your needs and budget.
